// Our association
Community for Cinema's Future
// Presentation
The Community for Cinema's Future (CCA/GZK) is a Swiss non-profit association founded in 2024 and based in Bern. It carries out cultural and social mediation activities through cinema, with a focus on young people aged 15 to 25, through support, hands-on training, exchange and awareness-raising initiatives developed in particular with schools, youth organisations and other partners in the field.
The CCA GZK also produces cinematographic works designed as tools for dissemination, discussion and mobilisation around concrete social, human or territorial realities. These films are intended to be shown and activated primarily among young people aged 15 to 25, but also among adult audiences and the communities directly concerned by the themes and territories each work relates to. The association's approach is based on practice, transmission, grounding in the real world and the creation of collective frameworks that make it possible to use cinema as a tool for reflection, dialogue and social connection. Our approach is based on mutual aid, solidarity, and active sharing of resources within our network.
